Each photograph we enhance or restore goes through an individual artistic workflow where tone, texture, and lighting are thoughtfully refined by our retouching specialists. Because every project is entirely custom-made and tailored to the client’s vision, our services are classified as unique digital products that cannot be physically returned once completed.

We aim to ensure transparency and satisfaction throughout every stage of collaboration. However, since our work involves artistic and time-intensive digital craftsmanship, refund options are limited and applied only under specific conditions. Please review the details below carefully:

• Nature of Services: all services provided by AwhileVibe — including professional retouching, creative color grading, light sculpting, restoration, and enhancement — are custom digital creations made exclusively for each client. As such, once the final high-resolution files have been delivered, they are considered completed digital work and are not eligible for physical or digital return.
• Refund Eligibility: refunds can be processed only in clearly defined situations. They are applicable if (a) the order has not yet been started or no editing work has been initiated; (b) a duplicate payment or technical billing error occurred; or (c) a verifiable service issue took place, such as incorrect, missing, or corrupted files being delivered. In all other circumstances, because our work represents personalized creative labor and professional time investment, completed digital products are non-refundable.
• Revisions and Adjustments: at AwhileVibe, we believe in collaboration and refinement. If the final result does not fully match your expectations, you may request minor revisions free of charge — including tone, light, or small retouching adjustments — within five (5) business days after delivery. Requests for significant changes to composition, concept, or style, which extend beyond the original project scope, may be subject to an additional fee depending on complexity.
• Delivery and File Access: all completed works are delivered electronically, typically via email or secure link, in your chosen format (JPEG, TIFF, PNG, PSD, or another requested option). Once delivered, please ensure you download and store your files safely within 14 days, as our studio cannot guarantee long-term file retention after that period. For your convenience, we recommend creating personal backups immediately upon receipt.
• Global Access and Communication: our services are available to clients across the globe, regardless of geographic location. Every payment, revision, and file transfer is handled through secure digital systems. We honor international collaboration and adapt to time zone differences to ensure smooth communication, clear expectations, and timely project updates for all clients.
• Support and Contact: if you need to request a refund, report a technical issue, or ask for a revision, please reach out to our dedicated support team at info@awhilevibe.site. Kindly include your order number, service name, and a detailed description of your concern. We carefully review all inquiries and aim to respond within 24–48 business hours, offering professional guidance and next steps toward resolution.
• Agreement and Client Responsibility: by placing an order with AwhileVibe, you acknowledge and agree to the conditions outlined in this Refund and Returns Policy. You also confirm that you have reviewed your order details, chosen services, and project scope before purchase.
